Cabbage and Carrot Tofu Stir-fry

A quick and nutritious stir-fry packed with plant protein.

Food Info:

  • Calories: 180 kcal

  • Protein: 12g

  • Carbs: 15g

  • Fats: 8g

  • Serving Size: 1 cup (200g)

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 100g firm tofu, cubed

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil, add garlic, and sauté.

  2. Add cabbage, carrot, tofu, and soy sauce.

  3. Stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
